  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by Traugot Projects.
  • By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to these terms in full.
  • All products remain the property of Traugot Projects until full payment is received.
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: EFT, cash, or other approved methods.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The customer must ensure correct delivery details are provided.
  • A signed Proof of Delivery (POD) confirms goods were received in good condition.
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-returnable: used kitchen utensils, items damaged by misuse, custom or special orders.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds processed only after inspection of returned goods.
  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • A handling/restocking fee may apply where applicable.
  • Exchanges allowed for defective or incorrect items only.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement items issued subject to stock availability.
  • Products are sold as-is unless a warranty is explicitly stated.
  • Traugot Projects is not liable for improper use of kitchen utensils.
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse.
  • Indirect or consequential damages are excluded from our liability.
  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if processing has already begun.
